Dealfinder.gr was created by HeBS in Spring 2011 as the first Greek deal aggregator that includes all the daily deals on the internet and also providing an option of placing them on a Map. Apart from gathering information from more than 130 Greek websites which provide and promote deals on a daily basis , it also organizes and categorizes each deal based on certain criteria:

• Product/ Service Category (e.g. food, sports, health, beauty, entertainment, accommodation, travel, etc)
• Price range
• Website of origin
• Geographical Area (Attica, Thessaloniki, etc.)
• Expiration date
• Number of purchases

The creation of Dealfinder was based on the idea of facilitating the consumer in his daily search for good deals to satisfy his needs. Instead of receiving bulks of e-mails from many different deal sites, resulting in frustration and fatigue, the consumer receives ONLY ONE e-mail from Dealfinder.gr, containing the 10 top deals in purchases from the previous day.

In this way, Dealfinder enables the prospective buyer to orientate himself in what he wants, how much he is willing to pay for it and where he is able to purchase it, saving money as well as time.

Another important novelty that highlights Dealfinder's success is the geographical location of each deal on the map, with the information provided by iMap.gr and GoogleMaps, in coordination with Greek geographical data (Geointelligence). This gives the consumer a local, national and international viewpoint of the best current deals.

The existing websites which provide deals in collaboration with Greek and international companies benefit a great amount from their registration with Dealfinder. Think of our portal as a "deal search engine", a database where the prospective buyer can locate an offer and be immediately redirected to the source website of that deal. Dealfinder is open to new collaborations with deal website providers, aiming to promote the best possible deals for prospective buyers at a difficult time such as the economic crisis.
